Important Update from Docusign - moving to microsoft azure

I don’t know if I need to do anything for this update.  Hoping that someone from Docusign Techsupport can help me.

Does your organization filter outgoing calls by domain or by IP address?  If so, you will need to add the new addresses so that your users and integrations will be able to reach Docusign’s azure addresses.  Check with your IT and/or network security team to see if domains or IP addresses need to be whitelisted.

We are a small team and none of us are IT people.   Is there a techsupport number that I can call and talk to someone?

Are you saying your company is small and doesn’t have an IT group?  Also, do you only use the Docusign web app (apps.docusign.com via your web browser)?

Hello,

We are currently reviewing our network rules for DocuSign connectivity. Our IT partner mentioned that all traffic is currently allowed through broader rules, but we would like to tighten this setup and create a dedicated rule for DocuSign.

Could you please confirm whether DocuSign requires whitelisting of Agropur’s public IP addresses on your side, and if so, provide us with the details of the procedure?

We won’t need to whitelist your IPs. There are no restrictions on our part. The notice is in regard to the firewalls and restrictions, as some of our IPs will change with the migration to Azure.
