Worse customer service experience in my 50 years on this planet

I signed up thinking I'd be getting a 30 day free trial. Little that I knew that the company charged me $53 CAN, upon signing up. I tried to get in touch with customer service. There's absolutely no way to get a simple response from anyone. I ran are in circles for hours. I decided to call sales. Because this department of course has live agents. The only thing I got help with was to set up a phone call from Customer service within 1 business day. To get my refund. I am terribly disappointed with the service. What a waste of time.
