Trouble in adding recipient

When I type in a recipient’s name and email address it looks great until something happens, and suddenly I get messages under each recipient's email address that “it cannot be saved, and try again later.” What am I doing wrong? I have less than 30 recipients, and the document is only one page long. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I figured out that in my FREE trial as an educator, I could only list 5 individuals per envelope. Anything above that provided the error message. I have decided not to move forward with an account on Docusign, but thank you so much for getting back to me.

To assist you better, could you please share a screenshot of the exact error message? Also, does this problem occur with all envelopes you create or just this particular one?
