Paid user and not time for renewal-all info missing

I am a paid user and last yearly payment was made 4.28.25 so the year is not expired yet. All of my prior work is missing and I am listed as a nonpaying user.

Since you’re seeing a non‑paying status and missing prior work, it’s possible that you may have multiple DocuSign accounts under the same email address. If so, please check whether you can switch accounts to confirm you’re logged in to the correct one.
👉 Switch Between DocuSign Accounts

If you don’t see the option to switch accounts, I recommend reaching out to DocuSign Support so they can investigate this further.
👉 Open a case in the DocuSign Support Center

Alternatively, you can send me your account details (name, email, and Account ID) via DM, and I can look into this for you.
