Signed a document last year and I forgot to save it. I can't seem to find it in my account. Please help.

I’m sorry to hear that you are missing the envelope on your account.
Your filter might be not set to all as what is visible on your account is for the past six months only.
You may follow the steps provided in the link below on how to update your filter.
