Hi Team, I am trying to create a docusign contract for one of our customer. Their email address is ********* However, even if we use an alternative, we still get the same error message. 

  • Error: Incorrect email address format. Verify the email address or contact your administrator for the correct format.

If you still receive an error even after trying a different email address, the issue may be related to cached data or cookies in your browser or app.

To resolve this, please try the following steps:

  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser
  • Attempt to create an account using incognito or private browsing mode
  • Try a different browser or device
