I am using the bulk email function

I want to be able to send pages one and two of a five page document to signers for immediate signature and return.  I am using various merge fields via CSV and text fields on the DocuSign to import these merge fields.

I also need to be able to attach pages three, four and five in such a way that the signer can still access these pages after the document has been signed, completed and sent back to me via DocuSign.  And I need to be able to import fields from a CSV onto these pages, so that each page is customized for each different signer.  These additional pages are to be completed by the sender whenever they are able, and send back to me through means other than DocuSign (return in person, fax, email).  How can I accomplish this with DocuSign?

Hi @Fizics316  — thanks for raising this.

Apologies, but what you’re asking seems like implementation questions, which don’t appear to fall into Support’s break/fix scope. And the workaround for what you’re trying to achieve is in line with Professional Services, not Support. We highly recommend that you work with your Account Executive to schedule a meeting with an Engagement Manager to scope a professional services engagement for your assistance.

Just in case you might be confused about how our Bulk Send functionality works in the Docusign web app versus in Salesforce, here's how: In the Docusign web app, it's a CSV upload, and we then merge recipient and field data from each row in the CSV to the respective spots in each envelope. However, with our Salesforce integration, Bulk Sending is accomplished programmatically using the Apex Toolkit, which would require our customer to have a Salesforce developer write Apex code.

Wishing you a smooth rest of your day!

If what I’d asked above can’t be done, can unique attachments be sent out to different signers via CSV?  For example I can just create the unique PDFs via word, and then tell DocuSigns bulk feature which PDFs to attach as supplemental attachments via my CSV file?
