I am trying to change the logo/banner of the email that is sent to the sender.

We understand you're looking to update the logo displayed in emails sent with the Docusign envelopes. Absolutely here to help!

This logo is managed within the customized account signing brand settings. Here are the steps to change it. Please note that only Administrators have the ability to perform this action.

  1. From the Accounts view, navigate to Brands to view the Signing tab.
  2. Locate the customized Signing Brand where the current logo is saved. Click the three dots on the right side of that brand and select Edit
  3. Under the section Customize What Recipients See, click Edit Your Theme.
  4. Finally, under Email Logo, upload the new logo and Save the changes.

Once these steps are completed, you can resend the envelope, and the email will feature the new uploaded logo.
