When I send an agreement out, it looks that although I format it with extra lines and spaces between paragraphs like an email; but it then makes the entire thing one long run-on paragraph.

 

Is there a way to make sure that it keeps the message to the customer clearly formatted so it looks more profesisonal?

Hey ​@jojomomo33—sorry that you’re running into this issue!

To confirm, does the formatting look correct while you're creating the envelope, but changes when the recipient opens it? Or does the problem start right when the document is uploaded into DocuSign?
