We want to use DocuSign to sign HR documents in our organization. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible?

How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar?

How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC?

If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

Hi Pawan,

Thank you for such a quick response. Much appreciated. Could you please confirm if Aadhar eKYC is a paid service and needs a contract between an organization and UIDAI to be used?

Aadhar eKYC is not a paid service for individuals, but organizations that want to use it for verifying customers, need to sign a contract with UIDAI. For more information, you need to contract the Aadhaar eKYC support.
