Besides the simplistic 3 template model of [TemplateName]A, [TemplateName]B, and [TemplateName]AB? I’m not aware where you can set the logic of the routing based on the template itself. Looking at how the templates are created, you setup the routing prior to modifying the template.
As for the second - I don’t think that is possible if the signature lines are on the same page. Once the envelope is complete, all parties would have access to the completed form, and thereby able to see the signers after them (Signer . Putting the signatures on different pages does allow you to control the visibility of the pages based on the signer, so that would be an option during the signing process.

Conditional Routing allows you to specify criteria that guide DocuSign to automatically route documents to the appropriate recipients based on defined conditions. This way, only those who meet the criteria will be required to sign at the correct stage in the process.
