Access to Customer Peer Group

Hello! I registered for the financial service peer group that is happening now, got the invite and saved it to my calendar. When I click on the link I am asked for my email and password. No matter what combination I try it says password no good. Here in community I clicked on events and tried to register again and get a message the email has already been used. I also tried the option to reset my password and never received and email. Who do I need to contact or what do I need to do to verify what email/password I need to use so I can stop missing these discussions?

Flexible Authorized Signatory List

Hi all I am new to the community and I tried to search but didn’t see anything that fit my question. We are trying to set up an Authorized Signatory List (“ASL”) through DocuSign and there are 34 people to sign which can become quite cumbersome. We have issues where some signers use the wrong signature or something goes wrong and we have to void the whole thing and have everyone sign again. Is there a setting or product that will make this process more flexible if signers make a mistake to fix it without needing to resubmit it to all signers again etc. Thanks. PL

Financial Services Industry Group January Meetup

I was not able to get logged in for this event. One link I had asked for log in but any I tried did not work. I used the Forgot Password option and never received a link to reset. A different link I had took me to the page to save my spot which I had already done and saved to my Outlook calendar. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if there is a way I can test my connection so I don’t miss out on future events. Such a bummer!

Conditional Logic

Good afternoon. I have an INTAKE document we use for employees to evaluate their counseling needs and determine whether they need to complete further assessments. So the initial screening tool uses a group of check boxes and yes/no questions to evaluate if further testing/assessment is need. If they score above a “1”, the page will display with all of the questions. If they score a “0”, it it to note “SKIP THIS PAGE” and no questions appear. I have built conditional logic so it will calculate a “1”(hidden as it would print white) for each yes answer. Then the formula uses conditional logic to either display the questions or the skip message. For some reason it is not working. All formulas have been verified but the logic is not working. Does anyone have any insight into why this might be happening? Is there such a thing as a conditional logic limit? Am I missing a setting in how I have my pages organized? HELP. I am stuck.

I am stuck. I am trying to pass partially completed forms from LaserPro to DocuSign

Good afternoon, I spoke with a couple of the helpful people at our last forum, and got some great ideas but I cannot seem to get them to work correctly. I will try to explain in a little better detail, and I am hoping that someone has had better luck in resolving this issue. We generate our loan documents in LaserPro. There are a bunch of forms and different workflows depending on the loan type, so I started with just creating a template with one of the forms in it: ACH Authorization to Debit Account for Payment. I have created a blank template of the form - no information filled in. The blank template of course is no longer secure since I had to edit it to create the blank template. More on this in a bit. I gave the testing template a unique name so that I can copy-paste it into the Template Field in LaserPro when selecting Print to eSign: DNU ACH AUTH. I recall the loan, only select the ACH form, and send to print to eSign. I enter the above template name. This part works - it goes t

Question Regarding RON

Hi all! Would you be willing to share how your institution is currently using RON? We are currently not utilizing any online notary and are looking at potentially using this for at minimum consumer loans. Once concern we would love to hear how you tackled is in person closings, do you send via docusign for processing or do you send those the old fashion way for processing? One painpoint we are looking to clean up is the length of time it takes for the physical loan docs to get back to processing to get worked and scanned. Any information would be helpful! Thank you!

Template configurations

Hi I have a couple of questions related to Is it possible to use same template to dynamically switch within signers as per the below scenarios. Only signer A needs to sign Only signer B needs to sign Both signer A & B needs to sign (Note: Individual templates with one and 2 members as tested that works fine). Can we hide email id of applicant from each other? (Note: Observed email id is visible upon hovering on applicant’s signature)

Layered Conditional Logic

Hello all! Apologies now if I do not make any sense or if I am making this way more complicated than it needs to be! I have a template with conditional logic that is working. However, I would like to add additional logic if possible. Here is a screen shot of my form. Current logic: A box at the top of the form is checked requiring this section to be complete. If any of the ‘other’ boxes are checked a text box appears. If any of the boxes under Frequency of ACH Payroll or Frequency of ACH Tax is checked text boxes appear. What I would like to happen is the boxes under Frequency of ACH Payroll and Frequency of ACH Tax not to show initially. If Payroll or Tax Payments box is checked then the boxes show and still have the logic if one of those boxes is chosen a text box appears. The check boxes in each section are grouped with validation to choose at least one. Thank you! Wendi

Question about tagging our posts

I posted a question to this group, since I was more likely to get a knowledgeable response from other FI’s using DocuSign, but I see that it got moved when I came back to check on any responses. Should we not be using the tags if we want to have the topic remain here? I used the integrations → other tag and it now is in I thought that by tagging it, maybe it would be helpful, but now I think it will end up with a lot of people asking what the heck is LaserPro?!

Hiding sensitive information from signers

I need to send account signature cards to my customer and their employees. I want to block out sensitive data, such as SSN and Mothers Maiden Name information. I know how to do that with TEXT/FORMATTING/HIDE TEXT WITH ASTERISKS, but once the form is signed, everyone gets a copy of the form anyway and it still shows all the information what was blocked. Is there a way to make certain recipients/signers not see that information on the copy once it is signed, or for them to not get a copy of the form?

What integrations are you using?

I was just curious at what integrations and workflows other financial institutions are using with DocuSign? We just have a simple Retrieve server that our network staff is working on trying to “smooth” the process of getting completed into Fiserv Director. We ran into a couple of issues early on where people were more than happy to convert to digital signatures, use MFA (correctly!) and brought DocuSign into their workflows, but ended up not being able to do much automation because of the lack of metadata.
