Hi,

I’m trying to add a digital signature by forwarding a completed contract—i.e., the employee candidate has already completed their signature. I then add HR representatives as recipients in chronological order, with signature and date placeholders, by forwarding the completed contract using the DocuSign APIs.

Everything is working perfectly in the development environment. However, in the DocuSign production account, when I forward the contract (which is in a "completed" status with the candidate's signature) to HR reps for additional signatures, the candidate’s signature disappears.

This issue does not occur when I perform the same process manually through the DocuSign interface—only when using the API.

Could anyone help me resolve this issue?
