If you need to send unrelated documents to different recipients, you should create separate envelopes, each containing the relevant documents for a specific recipient. You can repeat the same process for each additional document and recipient. If the documents are identical, you can use the Docusign Bulk Send functionality to streamline the process and send them more efficiently.
This functionality is currently unavailable in Power Automate. However, you can still achieve the desired outcome by using a loop to create individual envelopes for each recipient. This method will allow you to send the documents separately, even if Power Automate does not support this feature natively at the moment.
On the other hand, if you send the same document to multiple recipients within a single envelope, it will count as a single transaction. In this case, all recipients will be able to view each other’s signatures on the same document.
