Hello everyone,
I’ve got some questions regarding the export of events, generated by employees to a company’s SIEM. As a security team’s representative, I’m interested in enhancing the monitoring and security of this system in my company, so I want to know if it’s possible to export this events to SIEM system
Our company has eSignature Business Pro Edition Plan and I have read the DocuSign has a Docusign Monitor, which can detect potential threats and it also has a pre-built alerts and SIEM integration capabilities, but unfortunately our plan doesn’t have this DocuSign Monitor. Are there any other ways to export the event logs to our SIEM system? Thanks everyone in advance.

@arsen

As you correctly stated, Docusign Monitor is the add-on that allows you to do exactly what you’re asking for. Therefore, there is no other way to programmatically retrieve event logs into your SIEM system.

Docusign Monitor is an add-on to Docusign eSignature and, if I’m not mistaken, it can also be added to the Business Pro Edition. Please check with your Docusign Account Team for more details and a quote for Monitor.

@Michael.Rave Thanks for your response!
As I can see, the Docusign Monitor isn’t available in Business Pro Unlimited Plan, which my company has, so as I understand, there is only one way to export logs in my case - contact sales in order to have Docusign Monitor for additional fees and then export logs to SIEM?

@arsen

This Docusign Monitor FAQ states, that it is available as a paid add-on for your Business Pro plan for an addition fee.

You can integrate Docusign Monitor with your SIEM, as described here. Ideally you have Splunk and are able to set it up according to this article and do not have to export logs manually.
