Hello @Elsberry Mediation,

Thank you for reaching back.

Our engineers are working on it but I do not have an ETA on when we are going to get an update on this, per the recommendations the senders can try to review the email Subject of the envelopes and make sure it's not using terms that would look like something a spammer or phisher would use.

Senders can also try something a bit more specific or unique to the recipient for the email subjects and not something that reads like the following example: Super Urgent Must Act Now email subject.

Also please be advised that if the customer consistently gets blocked by Yahoo, then they may have flagged one or more of our email IPs as spam this is per the Error Codes links, the service that Yahoo uses has a history of temporarily flagging our IPs as spam when a single user reports one of our emails as spam.

Best regards,

No… nothing has been flagged by the recipients as spam. but rather yahoo and docusign don’t seem to be communicating well.

I don’t have a yahoo account so I can’t ask yahoo if they are blocking all or some emails from docusign. Maybe someone at docusign can reach out to yahoo and see what can be done to fix issue.

Elsberry and Adm are both correct, there is a problem with sending a docusign to yahoo. Period. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. I’m very dissatisfied. Using another platform as suggested by other users may be best option, because I see that this issue has been going on for a year or so now, and apparently nothing has been done to fix the issue. Which is very disappointing.

Christopher,

The information you provide was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Fortunately for us and unfortunately for docusign, there are several steller options out there for those of us that are tired of docusign not addressing this very big problem. Docusing is no longer the only option and are not even the best option.

Again - docusign should be stepping up to figure out a fix for this.

I agree, this is an unsolved issue and should not be marked as solved. Please work to resolve this and at minimum remove the “solved” tag from the thread for those of us who are searching for resolution.

Hi there, I also have an issues with 2 different envelope sending to 4 yahoo email. I have just resent these today and have issues with delivery failure. Have this been fixed now?

As someone who has used DocuSign for a few years and just now having someone to send corporate documents to with a yahoo address I am completely blown away that this thread is 11 months old and its still an issue.  My business relies on this service and now that I have someone overseas using a yahoo account I cannot utilize docusign to execute documents.  I am taken aback that this hasn’t been resolved and it seems like its not being taken as a very serious issue.  This literally is going to have to cause me to find another secure document system for sending out documentation.  Very poor customer service DocuSign.

Agreed - this is still an issue. I received error messages on 4 different envelopes yesterday when reminder emails were sent out. All of the error messages were related to yahoo email addresses.
