Docusign offers the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend not using this company and I am still waiting for a call concerning receiving a refund.

I cannot reach a human that can deal with my situation - Big strike one! I could not open a case and after reaching a human in sales and after many transfers, you opened a case requesting a refund of my $313. I have not heard back as of yet and that was on Friday. I cannot open another case for it says I have to log in and when I request a new password never sends to my email. I was able to cancel my account and just want my $313.00 back. My year just reupped and all I wanted to accomplish was to go through NAR for the discount and no one at Docusign could make that happen. Worst customer service ever.

I was successful in canceling. Now, how do I sign up taking in account the NAR discount (NAR ID# 222502518) as well as the 20% discount offered by Docusign? That is what I was trying to accomplish in the first place before I got caught in the Docusign matrix.

DocuSign is literally the worst company! Ive been trying for 2 days to create a case to speak to someone about them just randomly changing our account and the amount of envelopes we get each month and I cannot get any resolution. 

Everytime I try to create a case it wants me to login but when I try the login does not work even though im logged into my DocuSign account.

We’ve been using them for years but at this point I am looking for a different solution and will cancel this. INSANE that you cant get a hold of anyone to help you!
