The task a witness to a signature it to attest to the signature being placed on teh page by the party signing - no more, no less.
The witness should not be able to see the document the signature they are witnessing is attached to, should not be able to see what the document is about - its title or headings of the DocuSign envelope.
It is a major problem for confidentiality and makes us and our clients very reluctant to use DocuSign where signatures are required.

Thank you for your response which is helpful to some extent.
I cannot believe I am the only person that needs to be able to have witnesses see only the page they are required to sign with the signature they are witnessing.
Having to create a signing page as a separate document is not a satisfactory solution as it simply creates more work.
A change to the way DocuSign works with witnesses would be best.

Thank you for your comments. What you suggest provides a workaround, that works, but is by no means ideal and means a great deal more work for the sender. DocuSign needs to address this.
