why dont i see bulk send on my docusign and how can i fix this

I understand you do not see the Bulk Send option on your Docusign account. My apologies for this, and let's work together to sort this out. I have prepared a step-by-step process for self-serve for you:
- Check if the feature is included in your subscription plan: Compare eSignature plans & pricing
- Check with the Administrator if it is enabled in Admin > Sending Settings > Recipient Roles > “Enable bulk recipients.”

- If yes, reach out to the Administrator to review your current Permission Profile if you have the permission "Allow Sending to bulk list".
Note: If not, since the Docusign-owned Permission Profile (DS Admin, DS Sender, DS Viewer) cannot be modified, the Administrator can create a copy of the Permission Profile and customize it by checking the "Allow Sending to bulk list" under User Permissions.

- The Administrator will need to edit your Permission Profile. Here's how: View or Edit a User
- If you are the only user and the account Administrator, you can do Steps 1 - 3, but Step 4 must be done by another account administrator. Therefore, I recommend adding another user as an Administrator to complete Step 4, and later on, at your discretion, you can close the user after completing the steps. Note that this is only advisable if you have an extra seat you can assign to another user to avoid additional charges.

If none of these work, you can contact Support so they can look over the account and see any internal process they can enable from their end. Article: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

my plan is the 65$ monthly subscription which I guess is the most expensive plan...I am also the administrator of my account, so automatically/by default i have bulk sending enabled.
