We would love to send a range of sized documents to our customers and partners. if we could increase the size of the documents from 5 MB limit.
Having the documents go from an email attachment to a downloaded link if the size is reached is an extra step for both parties unfortunately.

We’ve increased the maximum file size for individual uploads in the eSignature web app from 25 MB to 50 MB. However, the recommended file size for the completed PDF that gets attached to the completed email notification remains the same—the size cannot exceed 5 MB.
At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked.
While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.
