Using CheckBoxes in a Formula Field

Unfortunately, checkbox values in formula fields are not supported. However, there is a workaround you can implement using conditional logic and text fields. This involves relating a conditional text field to each checkbox, allowing their values to be incorporated into formulas. These text fields can be formatted with white font to remain invisible to signers during the signing session. Here are helpful resources:

Here's a step-by-step approach:

• Add an additional conditional text field to each of your checkboxes. Configure these fields as Read-only and assign them a value of when the corresponding checkbox is selected. To ensure they are not visible on the document, set their font color to White from Field Properties. You might name them descriptively, such as "Checkbox1," "Checkbox2".
• Add a formula field that calculates the desired value from these conditional text fields.
