You can modify an existing PowerForm, and your changes apply to any future use of the PowerForm. You can edit the PowerForm details, and you can replace the associated template.
Note: If you need to change any template details, such as the documents, recipients, or fields, you must edit the associated template. See the topics beginning withEdit Templates for more information.
Note: To change a PowerForm, you must have PowerForm Administrator permissions. If you can't follow the instructions in this section, check with your account administrator to ensure you have the necessary permissions. For more information on setting user permissions, see the Permission Profiles topic.
