Template Editing Issues

Question

When editing templates, I choose Template in question, right click the 3 dots on the far right and choose Edit. The 1st page comes up, Name, Description, Document Upload, etc., etc. I press Next. Here, sometimes the Template Builder window opens, sometimes it doesn’t. The times it doesn’t, it goes directly to the document itself as though I’m creating/sending an envelope. This is really driving me bananas. Any ideas?

This is resolved. I chalk it up to the fact that the templates in question were created prior to upgrading our account to include theDocument Generation feature. For whatever reason, I was simply unable to edit them so had to start over.
