Template Editing Issues

When editing templates, I choose Template in question, right click the 3 dots on the far right and choose Edit. The 1st page comes up, Name, Description, Document Upload, etc., etc. I press Next. Here, sometimes the Template Builder window opens, sometimes it doesn’t. The times it doesn’t, it goes directly to the document itself as though I’m creating/sending an envelope. This is really driving me bananas. Any ideas?

We received your concern about having an issue to edit a template. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and rest assured that we’ll do our best to help. 

- Kindly disable this feature in Admin tab > Sending Settings > Templates > Template Agreement Builder for troubleshooting purposes.
- Clear the cache and cookies
- Then relogin to your account and enable the feature and attempt to edit the template again and you should be able to edit the template without any issue.

This is resolved. I chalk it up to the fact that the templates in question were created prior to upgrading our account to include the Document Generation feature. For whatever reason, I was simply unable to edit them so had to start over.
