Is there a way to contact a Docusign customer support agent without having to pay for a support account?

If your issue is regarding billing, you may create a case without logging into your account. Please use the section at the bottom of the page:  https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US&rsc_301. For other inquiries, you may need to explore additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center.

 

In the meantime, if there are specific issues or questions, feel free to share them here, and I’ll do my best to provide guidance or resources that may help.
