Some options in Shared Access option not available

Question

the Shared Access drop down is there, but when trying to share the only option available was to share with the admin only.  Did Docusign take away the ability to share eSignature with others on our account?  That’s how it was set it up previously so that anyone could go to the shared sent folder under the xxxxx_contracts@company_name.com mailbox and look at the status of an envelope.

Hi ​@TKAP—thanks for reaching out!Let’s walk through a few things that might help clear this up:Make sure you’re signed in the correct account.Take a look at the user’s permission profile. Anyone in DS Viewer or using a custompermission profile without permission to send envelopes will see the “Allow to Edit on Behalf Of” and“Allow to Send on Behalf Of” options greyed out when you try to share access with them. This is expected as they don’t have permission to send, correct, void, or resend.
