Good morning, all!
Is there a way to send the documents to both signers at the same time and still receive a notification when it is my turn to sign? Will that work if I put both signers as ‘1’ for the signing order and myself as ‘2’?
Thank you!

Just to add something else: I noticed I do not get an email notification when I set no signing order. Wondering what is the best way for clients to sign the applications at the same time or in no particular order, but I still get notified when it is my turn to sign.
Also, what is the benefit of setting no signing order?
Hi
Thank you for contacting the Docusign Community! We appreciate you reaching out with your questions, and we're here to help. Let's tackle a few questions you raised:
Absolutely possible! You can send your document to multiple recipients simultaneously, allowing them to access and sign it simultaneously. To achieve this, you would set the signing order for the recipients to the same number (Recipient #1). They can sign independently, and once all prior signers have finished, the document will be routed to you (Recipient #2). Each recipient will automatically receive email notifications when it’s their turn to sign. In your case, once previous signatories have completed their actions Set a Signing Order
When the signing order is disabled, all recipients receive the email notification to sign the document at the same time. Please check your notification settings to see if there are any notifications you may have previously turned off Manage Docusign email notification preferences
One advantage of having everyone sign in the same order is the potential for increased efficiency in the signing process. Eliminate the need for individuals to wait for others to sign before proceeding, and nobody is waiting on anybody else. However, the best approach depends on the specific use case. If a specific approval is required, a signing order is your best option.
