When i send an envelope with tagged signatures, it comes back too small to read so is the date.

How do you change the size of the signatures, initials and dates ?

Hi @Ron A. !

By default, the size of the fields (including the signature) is compatible with the A4 document size. If you are using a document with a size other than A4 or a much higher resolution (such as images), there is the possibility the document pages are oversized. Have you tried to print the document to a PDF and shrink the possible oversized pages?

Besides that, when you are positioning the fields, you can adjust the size of the field by click at the corner.

Please, check this article for more information: Fields Appear Very Tiny on Documents. On that, you’ll find tips to better adjust the resolution and page size of your document.

Hello, @Ron A.

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

If you’re talking about the document in a Signing session so you just need to click in the zoom in/zoom out button in the bar on the middle of the screen.

Now, if you’re talking about the Sign Here and some other fields, you can use the Format property then increase the scale. When you select a field, there is a properties page on the right, find the Format property then do your change.

I hope that helps!

Alexandre

I have the same question as Ron A.
The Signature tag is not expandable, resulting in documents with tiny signatures.  Can’t we make this tag expandable similar to the Text tag.  The percentage thing just doesn’t cut it.
This is happening on docx, pdf, jpg (with low resolution).
This is a huge oversight, and something that should be easily fixed.
