Hello everyone,

Is a envelope used when using the “Sign document” function, and are there any costs associated with this (even in the long term)?

Hello, @Luca.Kälberer

Yes, using the option Sign a Document uses an envelope. The cost is one envelope so depending in how many envelopes you acquired accordingly your account plan, one envelope is consumed when using the Sign a Document option. After signing you can select the tab Agreements, go to the folder Completed so you can see your envelope with the signed document.

I hope that helps.

All the best,

Alexandre
