I am trying to schedule send and I don't have a dropdown arrow on my "send" button. Anyone know what to do?

According to our Docusign Plans and Pricing, the Schedule sending feature is available on:

If this feature is not included in your current subscription plan, you can upgrade to a plan that includes it.

If you confirm the feature is included in your current plan, please follow these steps:.

  1. Perform basic troubleshooting steps 👉 Basic troubleshooting steps for common Docusign issues
  2. Review the guidance on how to schedule sending 👉 Schedule an Envelope to Send at a Future Date and Time
  3. If none of the above recommendations resolves the issue, this may indicate a backend setting that has not been activated for your account. A Docusign support can assist in enabling the feature for you👉 Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
