Your question left me wondering which product you are talking about, whether it is the eSignature or CLM platform, since both allow you to work with this type of information. Since you chose the eSignature product, I will provide you with information about this product.
As for saving documents in a specific folder, within the Docusign platform it is not yet possible to create rules for documents to be saved in specific folders. However, if you are talking about storing a copy in some cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox) you can use Agreement Actions for it. In addition, Agreement Actions is also able to extracting metadata from the envelope and exporting it to any sheet you have (Google Sheets or MS Excel Online).

Following the question on agreement actions in eSignature. Is it possible to send the completed document into a specific folder in the onedrive for instance or it has to go the general folder onedrive?
i have set up a rule for completed documents from specific recipient to be sent to onedrive but i can’t choose a specific folder within onedrive.
