I have only recently set up an account, is it possible to retrieve documents from 2019

Hi @teddy23 !

If you have signed documents before, but at that time you chose to not activate your account, there is a high chance that old documents won’t appear in your newly created/activated account.

In this case, the best option would be to search directly in your own inbox for Docusign notification emails of completed envelopes!
