How can I make it so that the people I share access with on DocuSign can only see the documents I’ve sent for signature, and not the ones I’ve received to sign?

When using the Share Access feature, it’s not possible to share only the envelopes that have been sent, as the idea behind this feature is to actually share all of the user's envelopes.
What you can do is create a Signing Group (adding the other members who need access to the envelope), and always add this Signing Group as a Carbon Copy in the first order of the envelope. By doing this, all members of this Signing Group will receive the envelopes as a copy.
