Resend to Recipient who didn´t receive - will it affect the Recipients that already approved?

Hi,

 

I sent a DocuSign for three recipients, two for approval, one for signature.

 

The two who need to approve already did it and receive DocuSign properly but now the Signer is saying she didn´t receive nothing?

 

Questions:

  1. What would be the cause?
  2. If I resend it again, will the Approve only Recipients need to Approve again or does their approval maintains and only the Signer will receive the notification?

It’s possible there was an error ‘signer’s’ email address or that the email was set to their spam/junk folder or blocked by their email provider. 

However, if you resend, it will only resend to the person/people who have not completed their portion. The two people who have ‘approved’ will not know the envelope was resent to the ‘signer’.
