I have an envelope with 10 recipients. 6 have signed. 4 not. One of the ones “not signed” asks to receive an reminder email with the link. Can I do that (and not send to the other three)?

Hello @MarcRichter,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

You can use the Correct feature to add or edit a private messageif you want to remind a single recipient. When you modify a private message for a recipient, an email notification is issued to that person, with the new private message text and a new link to the envelope.

Note: The recipient must act on your envelope for the email notification to be resent.

  1. From the Agreements page, locate the in-process document that you want to resend and click the title to open the Details view
  2. Click CORRECT.
  3. For the recipient you want to remind, select CUSTOMIZE > Add private message and enter your message.
    addprivatemessageoption.png?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJjdXN0b21lciI6ImRvY3VzaWduX3Byb2R1Y3Rpb24iLCJleHAiOjE3NDk4NTY3MjgsInNoZWFmIjoib2VxMTY0MzIyNjU5NDYwNCJ9.-vf-jTyugQAnEzeHrwIWbENpw36zah7E487o6pNO1is&_LANG=enus

When you collapse the message panel, your recipient shows a private message added.

  4. Select NEXT > CORRECT.

The recipient receives a new email notification with your updated private message and a new open envelope link.

Thanks - a bit complicated - but doable. I don’t understand your note: “NOTE: The recipient must act on your envelope for the email notification to be resent”. What do you mean with this?

Hello @MarcRichter,
The note means that if you have a signing order in the envelope, the new link with the new private message text will be sent to that specific recipient if it is their turn.
I hope that helps clear up your question. Thank you.
