Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. Is there a workaround or a feature I'm missing?"

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community with your question about reorganizing multiple documents in DocuSign. Currently, Docusign does not support multi-select or bulk reordering of documents within an envelope. Documents can only be rearranged one at a time by dragging them in the document list. The drag-and-drop movement is also limited in distance, so it may take several small moves to reposition a file to the desired location.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no built-in feature or workaround that allows selecting and moving multiple documents simultaneously. Suppose you frequently work with a large number of files. In that case, Docusign recommends combining related documents into a single PDF before uploading, or uploading them in the preferred order to minimize manual reordering inside the envelope.
I understand how this could be time-consuming, especially with many documents. While multi-select or bulk reordering of documents within an envelope isn’t available at the moment, the best place to share this kind of idea is on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request.
That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
