I am absolutely frustrated at the lack of customer service with Docusign.  I received notice that my plan was renewing on 12/20/24 with a renewal date of 1/8/25.  I cancelled my subscription on 12/23/24.  I recevied an email stating that my cancellation was being processed.  Docusign pulled $120 out of my account on 1/8/25 (today).  I have tried talking to someone with complete inability to reach a live person.  Its a game of submitting information and all chat bots.  No live people.  I do not wish to renew for the new year.  Please issue my refund now!
