I have being sendidin a resending a lease to be signed but recipients are not receiving the request

I am sorry to hear that your signer hasn't been receiving the envelope's completion email notification, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible. If the affected users have enabled the setting. but are not getting the emails, the most common root cause of this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within your email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder. checked the email address
asked the recipient to check their spam/junk folders
asked the recipient to check if messages are being blocked by a firewall
