Recipient Status

Question

Is there a way to run a report to show the status of all the recipients that I have sent in the last month. I have been able to do this in the past, but no longer able to add “Recipient Status” to a report. I’ve been digging and cannot seem to come up with an answer. Minimally, I need to  pull Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Status for all envelopes sent in last month.

Hello! The Recipient Status report will show you the name, email, and completion percentage per recipient. It will not show envelopes as separate line entries with statuses though. If you’re looking for individual envelope details that also show recipient information, the Envelope Recipient Report might me a better fit. You can customize the columns using the gear icon in the upper right to display Recipient Name, Email, and Envelope Status. Yes. Thank You--I SWEAR, Recipient Email was not an option to add to the Envelope Recipient Report when I was in there trying to modify. Thanks, I really appreciate it.
