I am an admin for my organization which has eSignature Business pro. Our users need to be able to create PowerForms. As a test I’ve confirmed that as an admin I’m able to create a PowerForm so I created a new permission profile that has Powerform admin. I have assigned it to a few users but they are still not able to see Create Powerform from the template page. Can anyone help?

Permission profile with powerform admin not working

Create a Permission Profile that includes:
Templates: the ability to create and edit templates.
PowerForms: specifically check “Create” (or “Create and manage PowerForms”) if available.
Also, DocuSign requires that users either:
Own the template, OR
Have it shared with them in a way that allows creating a PowerForm from that template.
