It is not fully clear to me which corrections I can make to an envelope without having signers resign the envelope.

Here I read:

But here

That doesn’t match in my eyes. Though I tested and it seems the latter is correct.

Is there any good overview of what can be changed in an enveloped without having to resign? And: What triggers a need to resign (I assume changing documents?

@Marvin

Once one or more of the recipients has signed, I believe you can only correct things such as: unsigned party’s email address, unsigned party’s name, subject line, signing order.

You cannot change out documents. If you have a partially signed envelope and need to change the documents in the envelope, you will need to void and start over.

As for the verification, I’m sorry, I don’t know if that means you can change name/email/documents after someone has verified but before they sign. It looks like that is what it means.

Looks like you’ve seen the support documents: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=xsv1578456332922.html&_LANG=enus

Maybe open a support ticket?

good luck
