Question

Overcharged - Partial Refund

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

On March 10, I changed my plan to 1 seat with 100 envelopes.  On March 11, DocuSign charged me for 2 seats and 200 envelopes.  I have been trying to find a way to get a partial refund, but of course, like other posts, you can’t talk to anyone to help.  The website takes you around in circles and the Bot is of no help.  Has anyone found a way to get a partial refund on their account?

If I could log in to that page, I would, but that’s another problem.  When I try to log in to create a case, I get this.

I have cleared cache, opened in another browser and nothing works.  I’m trying to find the place to request a call back, but that isn’t coming up either.

 Hello @LisaM

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue to open a case.

If you still can’t open a case, instead of logging in to your account to open, you can submit a case at the bottom part of the Get Support page.

If you found the response to be a useful solution to your question, please mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find.

Best regards,
