Sorry if I didn't understand your question correctly, but I understand that it’s related to the limit of recipients per envelope. Right?

The limit occurs according to the Docusign account plan. For free plans (free-trial), the limit of recipients can be considerably lower than a paid plan (web or corporate). Just to give you an idea, corporate plans usually have a limit of 99 recipients per envelope.

If you are facing this limit problem, my recommendation is that you upgrade to a basic web plan, so you can enjoy a higher limit.
