I’m looking to understand the feature for transferring envelopes from one user to another. I want to reassign a particular user’s sent/executed envelopes to various members of the organisation as they are leaving the business- will the original sender of those envelopes be notified about the custody transfer for each of those envelopes individually? I don’t want to flood the inbox unnecessarily.

When transferring the ownership of envelopes, you would be asked if you would like to keep the original owner as a carbon copy. If you decline this prompt, then the original owner will not be notified of the transfer.
