I have stopped receiving notifications for completed/signed envelopes. I have not changed settings, nor are they in my spam folder. Why would that be? I’ve checked settings and the notifications are turned on, as they always have been. Thank you!

It sounds like the emails notifications may be blocked by your email provider or settings to quarantine them. I would reach out to your IT department and have them investigate, if emails from the Docusign domain have been blocked. If not already done, we strongly recommend to whitelist the Docusign email domains.
