I had sent a number of grouped documents to a client for their signatures. We were required to get 2 people to sign off on them. I had included a notation as to where each of the people should sign. The docs have now come back noted as completed and the docs show no signatures. I checked the Summary page and they show that there are signatures. 

Am I missing something?

  • Go to your Completed folder
  • Click on the envelope
  • Top left (ish), Click on MORE  
  • Select History

 

Does it give timestamps for signatures?
