We have a ticket outstanding since April 25 (DocuSign Support Case: 15133785) which we are getting little to no response to despite repeated requests via email for an update. this is really disappointing Docusign especially when we have paid for a product that we cannot use.
Please can a member of the support team contact me as a matter of urgency and ensure that this be resolved at the very latest by end of June 25
