I have admin rights in Docusign with our company CEO, and I have the ability to manage envelopes on behalf of our CEO. 

An envelope was sent to three signatories, two of which have signed the document, and we are waiting for one additional person to sign. 

I’ve looked through the help forums to troubleshoot/resolve. What I am trying to do is resend the envelope to just the remaining individual who needs to sign. However, when I select the envelope it doesn’t appear that I have any ability to resend the document just to the outstanding signatory. The only options I have are “MOVE” and “MORE” which options are “History” and “Export as CSV.” 

Any help much appreciated, thank you.

The sender should have the ability to resend an envelope (it will only be resent to those who had not yet completed the signing process).

You said you can manage/sign for the CEO - as well as the ability to send/sign for yourself?

You may need to ‘switch’ to which ever account/persona sent the envelope to see the ‘resend’  button. If you log in as the sender and look in the “waiting for others’ page, you should see “resend” as an option.

Even “switching” accounts (Shared Access) to our CEOs documents he has sent doesn’t seem to solve the problem. 

I’ve attached a screenshot ​@mr1 to provide additional info. I am expecting to see a “resend” option somewhere. 

Providing shared access to me to help manage our CEO’s documents would alleviate me having to log in as the sender.

Did your CEO send the envelope in question?  Are you an Admin on the account or just a regular User who can manage the CEO’s envelopes?

When I look at an in-progress envelope sent from someone that I have manage rights for, I have more available options than just Move or More.  I also have Correct and Resend.

The fact that you don’t have them makes me think either the CEO was not the sender or I see those additional options because I’m an Admin and you don’t see them because you are not an Admin.

As ​@Drewcifer said -you should have more options if you are the sender/admin.

Make sure you’re logged into the account of the sender. If you don’t see the options - ask your Admin to check your settings. Otherwise, you may need to open a service ticket to see why you can’t resend.
