Went through customer service and they granted me a full refund. Waited 30 days and no refund on my card. Now that I am no longer a paying for an account I can’t message them. How do I contact them now to get more info?

Go here: Get Support. Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue.
