The sender of the envelopes can set up retention rules to automatically purge the documents at a specified time. This setting applies account-wide and must be enabled by the Docusign Administrator of the sending account.
If you received those envelopes for signing, you cannot modify this behaviour. It is recommended to download the documents from the envelope before they are purged from the system.
If you were the sender of the envelopes, please reach out to your Docusign Administrator to understand what settings have been configured on the account and the reasons behind them.
